Eden was founded in 1927 by the sutti family, who have been able to pass down from father to son the experience necessary to always keep up with the times.
Today the restaurant is run by ivan sutti, who grew up around the stove and pizza oven since he was a child. after attending the university of pizza and having had the opportunity to compare himself with the best artisans of the white art, he decided to propose his vision of contemporary pizza alongside a local cuisine of the valtellina tradition.
Eden is the pizza restaurant: pizza is treated like a serving dish; each combination is designed to have combinations between crunchiness and softness, sweetness and acidity... in a fun and engaging balance for the palate.
At eden, pizza is studied, thought out, designed, all accompanied by a careful selection of local and italian ingredients.
For these reasons, eden is the paradise of pizza and leavened products, where you can taste different doughs and cooking methods.
Start your experience with leavened snacks: the nuvola dough, a soft steamed brioche and the fried pizzetta. continue with the impasto soffice, inspired by the idea of a homemade cake, tall, soft and light or choose the rectangular impastocrunch®, which after 3 leavening phases turns into a crunchy and very alveolated dough with the scent of homemade bread. the tondo classico dough is certainly not missing, with long-maturing type 0 and 1 flours.
The pizza options are accompanied by an offering of local cuisine that has its roots in the valtellina tradition.
At eden you can only end on a sweet note with one of our popular homemade desserts. let yourself be tempted by our unmissable meringue proposal, by tiramisu, by the iconic “più che un sorbetto”: a braulio sorbet with coffee air and a licorice straw.
To accompany the food part, a careful selection of local, national and international wines.
